About Us
i-FT is a software product specializing in the management of information in the fuel retail industry.
With over 25 years experience within the fuel market (providing POS integrated software), we have noticed over these years that with shrinking margins and growing expenses it is becoming ever increasingly important to have accurate financials and business reports on hand when you need them.
The problem facing site owners, is how can you obtain accurate financials in a short period of time when using conventional methods? The answer is, you simply cannot.
This is where i-FT comes into play. By obtaining digital information directly from your point of sale, you can be guaranteed of accurate source information to balance your cashiers back to. This information is then exported into Pastel, along with your invoices, expenses, MOP takings and cashier shorts. Once your banking reflects in your account, it is reconciled and you're ready to draw financial statements, Business Reports are drawn instantly from within i-FT, no mess no fuss, 100% accurate, and within time frames that simply cannot be beat!

Option 1 Basic Software Rental
i-FT software for your use. All functionality of the software is the same in that you can manage your entire business:

Daily point of sale imports for source information.

Cashier Reconciliations

Balancing your Methods of Payment.

Bank recons against cashier declarations. (Bank lines are imported from your internet banking into i-FT for reconciliation)

Complete recuperation of all shorts.

Many business orientated reports at your disposal with specific focus on wet stock reconciliations and variances.

Full telephonic and dial in support.

Free program updates.
Option 2 Pastel Integration
This option includes the i-FT software (Option 1) as well as daily exporting of information into Pastel. With this option you will need to own a copy of Pastel Partner or XPress (which we can provide for an extremely competitive rate) into which all balanced information from i-FT will be imported as well as GRVs and sales information from your point of sale file. We do many check sums to make sure the information is 100% correct before it has entered Pastel.
This option is completely in house and gives you full control over your financials. Multi Sites are also supported with this option where you would have a Head Office into which all the Pastel Information will be exported. For this option, you are only required to own ONE copy of Pastel Partner or Xpress. regardless of the number of sites you own.

Option 3 Basic Accounting Service
This option includes the i-FT software (Option 1), Pastel Integration (Option 2) and basic accounting (Option 3) as well as the following:

Weekly cash creditors reconciliation.

Account creditors reconciliation.
-
Debtors reconciliation.
-
Monthly/weekly staff shortages reconciliation.
-
Monthly/Weekly Staff Pay slip generation.
-
Completion of VAT and PAYE, SDL and UIF returns.
-
Year end communication with auditor.
As you can see option 4 is our 'deluxe' package, however, all the packages are modulated and can be tailor made to suit your business requirements.
